In 2026, the Plus X Award for "Specialist Retail Brand of the Year" went to Metz in the TV category for the eighth consecutive year. The company was also honored as a "German Brand Icon". With this award, the PLUS X AWARD annually recognizes a deserving brand for its outstanding products and services. In addition, Metz received the "Best Brand of the Year" award in 2026, which the PLUS X AWARD recognizes only a select few brands for their outstanding overall performance.

This award, once again demonstrated one of the leading evaluation institutes' commitment to outstanding quality standards and underscored our deep conviction that the highest quality also includes first-class service and sustained customer satisfaction.

This recognition from one of the leading evaluation institutes confirms our consistent focus on quality, reliability, and an excellent customer experience. The award is based on a comprehensive, AI-supported analysis and strengthens our market positioning – as a brand you can rely on.
The quality standard of "Made in Germany" cannot be defined solely by the number of manufacturing steps and components that are carried out in our production department or originally manufactured in Germany. In addition to the actual assembly steps, the development of the implemented device software, the quality assurance of individual components, and even technical customer service and the end customer hotline are at least as crucial to the customer's quality expectations – all elements that, in keeping with our "Made in Germany" claim, are located in-house. Our goal is and remains to maintain and fulfill the trust that customers have placed in us for 85 years by offering quality "Made in Germany." User-friendliness
As simple as possible: thanks to the innovative Tri-Star operating system, Metz televisions can be operated with ease via the remote control. Menu navigation is self-explanatory and therange of functions can be extended orreduced, as the user wishes. Using a Home button, all functions can even bereached from one central point.
